Privacy Policy for Mobile App Services
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by your use of OPIE Anywhere (“App Services”). Furthermore, it explains how information entered into our App Services is used by OPIE Software.
This document serves to support but not replace details already communicated via the Master Service Agreement and Business Associates Agreement already signed by your facility.
This document does not specially address privacy concerns related to OPIE Purchasing and Inventory, OPIEHelp.com or other websites that may be linked directly from our App Services. Furthermore, this document does not address information collected about you or your facility through the broader business relationship between your facility and OPIE Software.
Information Collection about You
We automatically collect information about you when you access or use our App Services.
Log Information: We obtain information about your use of application including the type of device you use, access times, your IP address and features you use.
Email: Submission of feedbacks to OPIE Software include your email address.
Our App Services use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Information Use and Disclosure about You
Internal Use
We use your personal information to improve our App Services’ user experience, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about user.
We use third-party companies to assist us in analyzing how our App Services are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information, however, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Communications with You
We will use your personal information to communicate with you about our App Services or other OPIE Software products or services. Additionally, OPIE Software manages relationships with 3rd party vendors. In limited circumstances, these 3rd party vendors may be provided your facility’s contact information.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Updates to this Policy
If we change or update this Privacy Policy, we will post changes and updates here so that you will always be aware of what information we collect, use and disclose. We encourage you to review this Policy from time to time so you will know if the Privacy Policy has been changed or updated.
